Lemon Dessert Tarts

Ingredients
  • 200 gr NESTLÉ Docello Gluten Free Protein Enriched Lemon Flavoured Dessert Mix
  • 500 mL Milk, full cream
  • 500 mL Milk, full cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest Finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest Finely grated
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest Finely grated
Preparation

    Combine NESTLÉ Docello Gluten Free Protein Enriched Lemon Flavoured Dessert Mix, milk, cream and lemon zest and beat in an electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes to combine the ingredients.

    Scrape down the sides and beat for a further 2 minutes until thick and creamy.

    Spoon or pipe into tart cases.
  • 4
    Chill until ready to decorate.
