Pork Normandy
Ingredients
- 40 mL Vegetable oil
- 10 piece Pork Chops
- 50 gr Butter, unsalted
- 300 gr Apples Peeled, cored and sliced
- 60 mL Brandy
- 100 gr MAGGI CLASSIC Demi-Glace Sauce Mix
- 1 L Water
- 30 piece Prunes
- 100 gr Sour cream
Preparation

1Heat oil in pan, add pork chops cook until well browned, remove from pan, drain oil.

2Add butter, apple and brandy to pan, cook 2 minutes.

3Combine MAGGI CLASSIC Demi-Glace Sauce Mix with part of the water, whisk to a smooth paste, add remaining water to pan, bring to boil

4Whisk prepared paste into pan, return to boil, reduce heat, return pork to pan, add prunes, simmer until pork is cooked through.

5Remove pork from pan, stir in sour cream, pour over pork.
