  1. Place eggplant and garlic in oven pan, brush with oil, bake in 200°C oven for 20 minutes.
  2. Put eggplant, garlic and chickpeas in food processor, process until smooth.
  3. Stir in MAGGI CLASSIC Gluten Free French Onion Soup Mix and lemon juice.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
